hi. you can follow these instructions but must use the settings for O2 for the UK. I have what I think are the correct settings for O2 up on my blog…you can get to them by clicking on the link titled “WAP Settings for Various Carriers / Countries” in the video info box under my video here.

I use mine with both at&t prepaid and t-mobile prepaid, but I really don’t recommend these phones. Sometimes it’s a good experience, sometimes bad. Neither at&t nor t-mobile can help you if you have any problems with it. You might want to read my article at my blog about why you should NOT buy one (link in info bar under video).

primary dns and secondary dns should be left all zeros. can you connect when the sim is in a regular at&t phone?
hi i have the i9 and i did every thing you did to get internet but in the end it said falied connection ….but when you got to the 3min of ur video to leave blank user name and password i still have two more things below password is called PRIMARY DNS and the other one is SECONDARY DNS and they both have 12 digits to put in but mine has all zero which i can change also. you think those two things is the problem of my internet connection? plz help….
Can you show me how to set up my wifi access. It keeps asking for my wep key and I put it in and it keeps saying unable to connect .
Some possibilities are…
1. at&t is not your carrier
2. you have entered a setting in incorrectly
3. you do not have internet active on your account at at&t (you will need to call customer care to verify the internet is active and properly provisioned for your phone number)
4. at&t’s cellphone internet service is down in your area
